Applicable prices and special offers are subject to change with or without notice and shall be at the full discretion of Heritage Motors LLC. On occasion, vehicle and/or pricing information may be missing or inaccurate unintentionally, and Heritage Motors LLC will endeavor to correct such discrepancies in a commercially reasonable manner upon notification of such errors or omissions. Notwithstanding the foregoing, pricing errors and listing errors shall be considered null and void, and it shall be at the sole discretion of Heritage Motors LLC whether or not to honor erroneous information as it pertains to a transaction. A commercially reasonable effort shall be made to keep the inventory database updated; however, turnover in inventory may yield unavailability of certain vehicles listed on-line.
