I found myself in a situation where I needed a new vehicle ASAP. I know Heritage Motors to be a well established dealership in town so I walked in with nothing but a good job and small down payment. Ruben took into account my needs and budget and set me up with a car perfect for my situation. It was a stressful morning but he did me a good turn and I drove away with a great car and a better day. desperate for a car, i went across the street to premier and they took one look at my budget and turned me away. walked into hertiage with very little hope, but ruben got right to work finding which vehicles i qualified for, explaining to me my payment options, and was very thorough going over my loan information. left in a nicer car than my last, thank you heritage!

I just want to say I live in Tolleson Arizona Spoke to Rubén over the phone to Make sure I was approved before I even tried to head out that way due to my poor credit ,But sure enough he was able to get me approved Provided me the amount i was approved for we set a date I would be there .went in office meet him in person, Amazing ,friendly, Very Good vibe person we test drive the vehicle I let him know about some concerns. I had While , test driving the vehicle Sure enough he made sure to set me up for an appointment to get it fixed. ,and was on my way back in my new vehicle , Also My monthly payments are very affordable , I definitely recommend him , Thank you Ruben from Heritage Motors GodBless .

Awesome and great experience from beginning to end! Ruben was amazing from the first handshake to the last handshake! He was patient and very professional and got me into a truck that I really enjoy! Also not to mention Dean the manager who came out to introduce himself and made me feel comfortable and at home! Would highly recommend going to see Ruben if you are in need of a vehicle! Great Team! Being in the car business myself and after speaking to many locals who have used Heritage Motors I just wanted to chime and clarify that these bad reviews are fruitless, every used car is just that, its used! If a local company is willing to take a chance on you and give you a loan that they should not then you should be greatfull and expect to have to make repairs to ANY used car purchased ANYWHERE. It just blows my mind to see people bashing an honest local business because a battery or alternator went out? Those parts go out on brand new cars too! Its just part of the price we pay to drive a vehicle these days, slow down people, give these guys a chance.
